Event Zones
Footy Fest @ the Forum is spread across five distinct zones, giving traders, exhibitors, fan groups, and media a range of spaces to suit their needs.
Market Place — Atrium (Indoor)
Tables available to hire inside The Forum atrium. Ideal for retailers, casual sellers, and collectors looking for a covered, high-footfall trading space in the heart of the venue.
Market Place — Outside (Outdoor)
Space for up to 12 gazebos outside the Forum entrance. Please note gazebos are not provided — traders must bring their own. A great option for those who prefer an outdoor pitch with excellent visibility.
Exhibition Zone (Indoor)
A dedicated space inside the Forum atrium for exhibitors to showcase football-related collections, projects, products, or services. Perfect for clubs, brands, and organisations wanting to connect with a passionate football audience.
Fan Zone (Indoor)
Inside the Forum atrium, the Fan Zone is the social heart of the event. Supporters' clubs and fan organisations are welcome to take a space and engage with the wider football community.
Media Zone (Indoor)
A dedicated area inside the Forum atrium for fan vloggers, bloggers, YouTubers, TikTokers, and content creators. Meet fellow fans, interview traders and exhibitors, and capture the atmosphere — free of charge.
About the Event
Footy Fest @ the Forum is a two-day celebration of football culture taking place on 27–28 March 2027 at The Forum, Norwich — one of the city's most iconic and accessible public venues, right in the heart of the city centre.
The event is free to attend during the day, welcoming football fans of all ages. Across both days you can expect Football Collectors Fairs, panel talks with special guests, freestyle football displays, exhibitions, and a fan zone. Saturday evening features a ticketed 'Evening With...' event with VIP reception.
Our March 2026 event at The Forum attracted over 5,600 visitors, and previous events have raised over £10,000 for our nominated charities — the Community Sports Foundation and the Royal British Legion. How much does a table cost?+
Table and space fees vary by stand type and are charged per day:
When and how do I pay?+
Table fees must be paid in advance to secure your place. Payment details will be provided once your booking enquiry has been reviewed and confirmed by our team.
What is the refund policy?+
All table fees are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend before submitting your booking enquiry and making payment.
What can I sell or display?+
We welcome football memorabilia, programmes, shirts, badges, books, cards, and related collectibles. All items must be football-related. If you're unsure whether your items are suitable, please mention them in the additional information field when submitting your enquiry.
Can I use the Footy Fest logo on my stall or promotional materials?+
Yes — we encourage traders and exhibitors to promote their attendance at Footy Fest! Official logo files in horizontal, square, and vertical formats are available to download free from our Press Kit & Downloads page. Please follow the usage guidelines on that page (don't stretch, recolour, or place the logo on clashing backgrounds). If you need a higher-resolution or custom format, get in touch via the Contact page.
